She is an Executive Director of Century 21 Cambodia, America’s biggest Real Estate Company in the World; a Vice President of Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA); BoD of Cambodian Investor’s Club (CiC); BoD of Elin Leasing Company; Member of Cambodia Chamber of Commerce (CCC); Committee Member of Cambodia Women Entrepreneurs Association (CWEA); and Member of JCI. She is also a Managing Director & Executive Coach of a Singapore firm based in Cambodia, called JM Asia Cambodia Pte., Ltd focusing on soft skills training, business consultant & Investment.
𝐌𝐫. 𝐌𝐚𝐨 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧 will join the panel of judges in CAIN Challenges on December 25, 2020.Mr. Mao Savin is a founding member of Emerging Markets Investment Advisers (EMIA), a private equity fund managing investments in Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar. He is also a co-founder of the Cambodia Investor Club (CiC), a financing platform supporting young entrepreneurs’ access to innovative financing solutions. Moreover, he co-founded CRDT, a local NGO working to improve the livelihood of rural communities whilst conserving natural resources, and co-founded CWF, a conversational English training institution providing English training to disadvantaged students and generating sustained income for CRDT. He holds a master’s degree in Finance from Charles Sturt University, Australia, and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Maharishi Vedic University.

𝐓𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐧 will join the panel of judges in CAIN Challenges on December 25, 2020.Dr. Tan Monivann has more than 20-years of experience in agriculture, law, construction business, and dealing with the government. Since 2001, he has been Vice-President of the Mong Reththy Group (MRG), the largest agro-industrial firm in Cambodia and the top five in Southeast Asia. He is also an active vice president, the board of directors, founders, and members of other associations, organizations, as well as companies. He is a member of Young Entrepreneur Association of Cambodia (YEAC), and the senior adviser of the Housing Development Association Cambodia (HADC).
𝐌𝐫. 𝐋𝐞𝐦 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡 will join the panel of judges in CAIN Challenges on December 25, 2020.Mr. Lem Chansamrach holds on to Member of Investment Committee, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Fund Representative at CiC Capital Partners Plc. He has extensive experience in investment and fund management, thanks to his 10-year experience with ARUN funds & CiC. He has been involved in setting up companies, conducting investment and business analysis, deal structuring, investment due diligence, investment monitoring & evaluation, and so on. A young Cambodian born with strong leadership, management, and communication skills, he received his Master’s degree in SMEs Management and International Business at University Lumière Lyon 2 in France.
